ZACH TRACY
Chief Executive Officer
Zach Tracy brings more than 10 years of experience in cybersecurity program management and compliance. He has served as a fractional Chief Information Security Officer for more than 40 organizations across multiple industries, helping them strengthen security posture and improve risk management.
He has led more than 100 audits across frameworks including SOC 2, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and HITRUST. Holding certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CMMC-RP, and ISO 27001 and 9001 Lead Implementer, Zach combines technical depth with practical leadership.
A Marine Corps veteran and former law enforcement officer, Zach earned his B.S. in Cybersecurity from Thomas College. His experience gives clients a trusted advisor who understands both mission demands and real-world execution.
GIAN GIERI
Chief Financial Officer
Gian Gieri serves as Chief Financial Officer for Nexeris and helps shape the company’s strategic direction through experienced financial leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of New Mexico and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
With eight years of experience in executive finance roles, Gian brings a disciplined financial perspective that supports the company’s growth, stability, and long-term service to clients.
