ZACH TRACY

CEO

Zach Tracy has over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity program management and compliance. He has served as a fractional Chief Information Security Officer for 40+ organizations across industries, helping organizations strengthen their security posture. He has led 100+ audits across frameworks such as SOC 2, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and HITRUST.

Holding certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CMMC-RP, and ISO 27001 & 9001 Lead Implementer, Zach combines deep technical expertise with practical leadership.

A Marine Corps veteran and former law enforcement officer, Zach earned his B.S. in Cybersecurity from Thomas College. His unique background and expertise make him a top-ranked advisor for defense contractors navigating complex business challenges.

Gian Gieri serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Nexeris, a leading cybersecurity firm dedicated to protecting the defense industry. A graduate of The University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Gian is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). With eight years of experience in executive finance roles, he brings a wealth of financial expertise to Nexeris. Gian plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction through his insightful financial leadership.
